希臘沙拉 Greek Salad

材料 Ingredients
羅馬生菜 Romaine lettuce 1顆 head
番茄 Tomato 2 顆 ea
彩椒 (小) Color pepper (small)3 個 ea
紅洋蔥 Red onion 1/4 個 ea
小黃瓜 Persian cucumber 4 條 ea
去核卡拉馬塔橄欖 Pitted Kalamata olive 12 顆 ea
捏碎菲達起司 Crumbled Feta cheese 1/4磅 lb (113g)
地中海油醋汁 Mediterranean Vinaigrette 1 份 portion

做法:
1.羅馬生菜逐葉洗乾淨後切成小塊,再用除水器除水或用紙巾擦乾。小黃瓜洗乾淨擦乾後切成小丁。彩椒洗乾淨擦乾後去籽切成小丁。紅洋蔥切成細絲。番茄洗乾淨擦乾後切成小塊。
2.準備好地中海油醋汁。
3.將適量地中海油醋汁与所有材料拌勻,再撒上橄欖和菲達起司即可。



PROCEDURE
1. Wash the romaine lettuces leaf by leaf. Cut them into small pieces. Dry the lettuces in a salad spinner or with paper towels. Wash, dry and dice the cucumber. Wash, dry, seed and dice the color peppers. Cut the red onion into thin juliennes. Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut them into small chunks.
2.Prepare the Mediterranean Vinaigrette.
3.Mix proper amount of the Mediterranean Vinaigrette with all other ingredients. Sprinkle with the olives and crumbled Feta cheese.
